What Reiki teaches about grief
Gentle energy, presence, and the practice of letting healing do its own work.
Reiki is, at its heart, a practice of presence. The hands rest. The breath softens. Healing energy is invited, not forced. The practitioner does not heal you - your own body, in its wisdom, does.
Grief works the same way. We cannot push it through. We cannot will it to be finished. What we can do is create the conditions in which healing becomes possible: rest, breath, water, gentle movement, kind company, time.
If you are new to Reiki and curious, know that no experience is required. You come exactly as you are. We let the energy do the work.
