These Terms govern your use of janicelodato.com and any programs, coaching, Reiki sessions, classes, or free resources offered by Janice Lodato / The Grief Gardener LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or working together, you agree to these terms.
Grief coaching, group support, guided hikes, and Reiki are wellness offerings intended to support reflection, presence, and gentle healing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call your local emergency services.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Sessions and programs are non-transferable. Prices are listed in US dollars.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a 1:1 session. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. Group program fees are non-refundable once the cohort has begun, but exceptions are considered with compassion on a case-by-case basis.
All writing, course materials, recordings, and resources shared on this site or within programs are the property of The Grief Gardener LLC and are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
Conversations within client sessions and groups are kept confidential. Participants in group settings agree to the same standard for one another.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grief Gardener LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from use of this site or participation in our offerings. You are the author of your own choices and well-being.
