Reiki is a light-touch healing practice from Japan that supports calm, presence, and self-care. I teach Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Reiki Master, and Reiki for Kids, all currently offered online via Zoom.
An introduction to Reiki, including the history, applications, and current research on this light touch therapy from Japan. In class you practice offering Reiki to yourself and others. You leave fully trained to do level 1 Reiki, with a certificate, pin, and notebook.

Learn three powerful healing symbols: Empowerment, Mental/Emotional, and Distance/Absent. These symbols support healing, calmness, and clarity for yourself and others, and allow you to offer Reiki even to those you cannot touch. With this class, your practice takes a quantum leap forward.
Prerequisite: Reiki 1, with any teacher.
Format: Currently offered online via Zoom.
After practicing as a level 2 practitioner, some people are ready to step into the Master level, where they are able to teach and attune others in Reiki 1 and 2. Class includes full instruction on being a Reiki Master and the attunement process, with a six-month self-study period before or after.
Prerequisite: Reiki 2 practice experience.

Children learn Reiki as a self-care practice that helps them relax, balance their emotions, and increase their ability to concentrate. This class is tailored for children, so it focuses on the application and practice of Reiki and less on history and theory.
Format: Scheduled privately.
Many nurses and healthcare workers find that Reiki folds easily into both their care for others and their own self-care routines. As the saying goes, hands on, Reiki's on. It allows practitioners to offer Reiki without stepping away from their normal course of work, and to share it with each other at shift changes or on breaks.
For massage therapists and bodyworkers, Reiki is a powerful addition to your toolkit. It can stand on its own as a healing session, or be woven into massage to deepen relaxation and support the body's natural healing response.
